When you create a shopping account while ordering online you will be given the option to receive information from Aspara by post, e-mail or telephone, about products, promotions or special offers which we feel may be of interest to you. In the event that you do not wish to be contacted for such purposes, ensure that you tick or un-tick the appropriate box as you go through the registration process. You may unsubscribe from our contact list at any time by replying to a promotional e-mail with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject line, or by e-mailing us at offers@asparasilk.com.

Purchase of Products

When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until despatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged.

Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on 'Place Your Order' on the final page of our ordering process.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
• The product ordered being unavailable from stock
• Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
• The identification of an error within the product information
If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. If the item has been dispatched simply use the freepost returns label to return the goods to us for a full refund.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select.

Cancellation Right

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. When goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered.

Returns Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (30 days) and in original, undamaged packaging following the procedure outlined in the Delivery & Returns section of this website. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser, or exchange the product if an exchange has been requested, once it is received by us. Where the Guaranteed Next Day service has been used for goods under the value of £75.00, a refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
