UK Deliveries

Our aim is to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt and credit card authorisation. If there is any issue regarding your order we will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours.

Where orders are placed at a weekend or on an English bank holiday, they will be treated as if received the morning of the next working day. You should receive your order within 1-3 days (with the exception of a small number of remote postcodes).

Standard delivery is provided free of charge for all orders placed online. Delivery time is 3 - 5 working days and requires signature on delivery.

On orders over £75 we will despatch using our Guaranteed Next Day Service free of charge. Please allow additional time for us to despatch your parcels during the festive period and the first week of the New Year.

For orders under £75 where customers require guaranteed next day delivery, our postal charge is £5.00.

Free Returns

Returns from within the UK are FREE. If you find that you need to return an item for an exchange or refund you just need to use the FREEPOST return label supplied with your invoice and hand the parcel over at your local Post Office. Please be sure to ask for a Proof of Posting Receipt when you hand the parcel over to the Post Office. We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us without a Proof of Posting Receipt.
